so i am a year 8 and you don't always stay a year 8 i am becoming a year nine and im going off to high school so we have been writting our end of year speech once i have finshed i will post it for use to see :)

Little garden Uptade !

Next week our class are planning to plant our little gardens some have already shot off and has been placed in the much bigger garden -i will also add a pictue of that to- the tomato plant isnt doing very well mrs mcgeever says that once it pops into the bigger garden/pot she said will start to grow miss devilian our teacher reckons it will not time to see who will win !

in school we have been doing DARE and DARE is about how drugs and smokes along with alchoal affects your state of mind and how they make you act, today we had stroungly agree and stroungly disgree on each side of the classroom Constable Jos would ask us qusitons and we would have to go to were we think is right.

It was a typical day in school, Standing there waiting for the teacher to make sure we have the proper school uniform on, The uniform we have to wear is a long dress with a white bonnet hat. The boys on the other hand have to wear a nice hat and a shirt with a black Vest. When someone didn't wear their correct  uniform they got the cane to  the ass, if you back chat it will be the belting,as you get older the punishments get worse so if say you theft it will be the whipping or sometimes even the cat o nine tails.

You see things were different back then, Let me introduce myself i'm the oldest my name is Alice and i am 11 years old let me introduce you to my two best friends who are Mabel and Ella who are 10 and 11.

We had got sick and tired of the same routine, get up, go to school do the uniform check, walk home then milk the cows, Ella Mabel and I had made a plan to run away from home so we packed up our gear and went out the door it was a bright sunny day and mud/dirt was on our faces so the Mossies will stay away and not eat us,an hour goes past and we are tired from all the walking we walk up to abandoned hotel named Dolphin Bay a couple of the words are missing and there is glass shattered in a couple of rooms from where they have been broken into, as we walk cautiously up to a room we see that it has had no damage we wriggle the handle to see if it is unlocked,it opened very slowly and creaked as it opened up we looked inside as i walk in i look over and see Mabel sprinting in  behind me she jumps on the lumpy old bed with the biggest grin on her face,Ella is unsure about this room but after a couple of minutes trying to convince her to come inside she does,we lay down and look up at the moldy ceiling we lay there for a couple of minutes until we hear a knock at the door Mabel being the brave one she opens the door as quick as lighting and says

“GO AWAY WE ARE TRYING T----”

she looks down and sees a goat skull she jealts back as wondering who did it i run up and thro the head away into a bush nearby i look over and notice something move i get close and say

“h--hello who's there ?” she answered frightenedly  

Frightenedly i run into the room and tell Mabel and Ella on what had just happened they were astonished and they looked around cautiously, finally they stopped panicking and laid down on the lumpy mattress, Mabel Ella and i were hungry so we decided to go for a walk we tumbled upon this shop called food- hat as we we slowly walk in we have a look down at the tea ile we see a dead piglet and think that we should cook it  tonight we look down at our purses and realize we have got nothing no money,Ella and i convince Mabel to steal it so she does we walk out nervously but we get away with it well for now…….as we get back to our old wrecked up hotel I light the fire with bits of wood i found around the hotel as Ella comes down and makes a bench she slaps on the pig and sits there as Mabel and I lay there we realize this is going to be our life from now on out\n old

! Goal Setting term 4 !

Wow ! Term 4 already this week we will be working on our goals and what we would like to be.
Goals i would like to work on this term is.....

1-Stay on task this term and don't get distracted.

2-Work up to level 6 on my basic facts.

3-Have a good attitude towards work and school.

4-Dont get into any trouble this term.
What i am interested in.....
I would love to become a news reporter because i am good with words.
Or i would like to become a preschool Teacher because im good with little goods and you get to play around and have fun.

I am reading about a book called Then it is a great book it is about a boy called Fellix and girl named Zelda Zelda is 6 and Felix is 10 they are in the middle of the war and they have to hide from the nazis they have seen alot of stuff and have ran from gunshots hid in holes that they have dug it is great !
