We are working on Mindfullness and we have our own books to keep up on what we are greatful for,here is a picture of my book to show on what i am gratful for.
Mindfulness is great for your mind it is really the only part of the day where your brain can rest so if you dont do it i think you should.
Paige, thank you for sharing your reflection during mindfulness this week. I agree sometimes it is the only chance we give our brain to have a rest and even five minutes a day is so helpful.
